Opis stanowiska

For international company located in the center of Lodz we are urgently seeking Hebrew speakers to join Customer Service Department.

Main responsibilities:
  • supporting the customer by phone, email, chat in the range of car rental;
  • giving information about additional services (car insurance etc.);
  • answering customers queries;
  • administrating the data.

Wymagania

  • fluent Hebrew;
  • very good English;
  • previous experience in customer service would be an advantage but is not a must;
  • very good interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
