Opis stanowiska

• arrange and coordinate all shipment for deliveries and returns, import and export.
• liaise with warehouse and operations to ensure cargo readiness and arrangement for shipment.
• liaise with transport, forwarding & shipping agent for container arrangement .
• responsible for the incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents, under the guidance of the Transportation Manager.
• create deliveries and shipments .
• liaise with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely incoming/ outgoing shipments.
• investigate and take action on all non-conformance and recommends corrective procedures.
• ensure that invoices from carriers are in line with agreed prices and booked in SAP within the agreed timeframe and issuing credit & debit notes to them.
• provide feedback to customer care agents in case of questions about deliveries.

Wymagania

• 3 years of experience in transport planning or similar area, gained in international company.
• very good English skills.
• previous SAP experience.
• good knowledge of MS Office.
• University degree.
• very good communication and organisational skills.
