• management of the team to meet its objectives.
• ensure the smooth transition of the organisational change of the Finance team.
• proactively support the finance function in its offshoring strategy.
• deliver bottom line improvement for both finance functional costs and the cost of delivery.
• define and implement best practice methodology, developing and documenting all policies and procedures.
• ensure consistency of financial analysis and reporting utilising automated techniques.
• develop and agree clear and measurable SLAs with internal customers.

Wymagania

• min. 5 years of previous experience on similar position gained preferably in SSC/BPO environment.
• previous experience in controlling area.
• change management experience.
• ability to handle an environment of constant change whilst delivering total quality management.
• ability to interact effectively with customers and focus on providing excellent customer service.
• strong leadership and people management skills.
• University degree.
