Opis stanowiska


  • contact with German or Hebrew or French speaking Clients,

  • ensuring and providing quality service to customers, beeing a first point of contact,

  • processing customers’ requests and updating data in the system,

  • reporting incoming issues and monitoring their status.

Wymagania


  • German or Hebrew or French proficiency, native speakers are welcome,

  • very good knowledge of English,

  • an experience in customer service nice to have,

  • very good knowledge of MS Office,

  • able to work on shifts.
