• supervise all operations in newly created department.
• shape and implement development strategy for the department, internal policies and procedures, best practice methodology.
• quality management.
• team management (Team Leaders and Specialists).
• responsibility for successful process migration to the entitiy located in Lodz.
• responsibility for successful process standarisation and improvement.
• develop and agree clear and measurable SLAs with internal customers.

Wymagania

• previous experience in similar role in finance area.
• very good understanding of business, market, client relations and in-depth knowledge of finance area.
• change management experience.
• ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders and focus on providing excellent customer service.
• strong leadership and people management skills.
• University degree.
