For our Client, a global production company with a Shared Service Centre in Łódź, we are seeking Candidates who want to develop their career in internal HR department.



Your responsibilities will include:

managing recruitment process: placing external/internal adverts, screening CVs, arranging interviews for shortlisted Candidates, conducting wash-up sessions, making offers for Candidates. This is a business partnering role that requires someone who is good at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.



We are looking for a Candidate with:

Fluent French and good English. Experience on a similar role and knowledge of recruitment techniques will be a strong asset. Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and to work under tight deadlines are also required.
