Due to the dynamic growth of Global Project Management team, an exciting new role has arisen within our American Client's company struture in Łódź.  We are currently looking for an experienced candidate in global projects, for a position of: 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying needs and evaluating alternative business solutions with a global approach
• Tactical and strategical support of global projects: planning, developing, implementing and managing business requirements and project plans
• Preparing cost analyses with solution recommendation
• Cooperating with senior management and business leaders of global projects implementation
• Organizing and leading change management and communication (from planning to implementing)
• Leading training sessions and workshops 

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in global project management Finance and Accounting, HR, Marketing and Change management related processes
• University Degree, preferably MBA or related
• Fluent English language is a must
• Strong focus on global projects
• Very strong communication, negotiation and management skills
• Previous professional experience in SSC/BPO structure will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills, especially in high pressure and demanding work environment
• Ability to business travel
