Opis stanowiska

• Working on scouting, studying, prototyping and bringing the new production processes, methods, equipment and tools;


• Working closely with all respective Product Group OPEX and Technology Managers;


• Contributing to research and development projects with own, creative ideas. Proposing follow-up activities based on project results;


• Working as a reliable R&D project member and having the capability to be work-package responsible, applying a structured way of working.

Wymagania

• Higher degree (MSc or PhD) in technical education (Mechanical, Electrical, Physics or related disciplines);


• Good spoken and written English is a must;


• Good networking and communication skills;


• Willingness to learn and develop new ideas;


• Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility;


• Positive, helpful attitude and ability to work with others;


• Good analytical skills;


• Good work organization.
