For our Client based in Łódź, we are looking for an experienced candidate with the food background, for a position of Customer Technical Services Team Leader. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing small team of 5 people and production of customer product specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production of customer product specifications and co-ordinates all customer specific technical requirements
• Managing a team and ensuring that all responses to internal and external clients are completed accurate and timely
• Ensure that the customer product specifications and all associated documents  are completed  on time, accurately and in full
• Interpreting, evaluating and implementing regulations and industry standards
• Identifying and participating in process improvements
• Ensure that escalation process is followed as required
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and coaching the team

Requirements:

• University Degree  in Technical area or Food Science
• Fluent English language
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the food industry, e.g. technical, R&D or technical customer service
• Working experience in team management
• Strong systems knowledge: ISO, BRC, EFSIS
• Well organised, methodical and auditing skills
