Customer Service Analyst with Hungarian

On behalf of our Client, chemicals company, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of Customer Service Analyst with fluent Hungarian for the business centre near Ĺ ódĹş.

On this position you will monitor orders and returns to ensure customer satisfaction, you will control the prices and the process of the delivery, also you will provide a sales, complaints and other types of reports upon request. Besides, you will keep informed Hungarian speaking customers in terms of new products and the status of their order.

We are looking for the Candidates who have already worked in Customer Service. Fluent Hungarian is a must as well as good knowledge of English. Besides, the Candidates should display analytical and organisational skills. Good command of Excel will be necessary. Knowledge of SAP is considered as an asset.
