Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in monitoring and coordination of yearly stock inventory process

• Monthly monitoring of revaluation-completeness and accuracy of calculation and checking exchange rate differences


• Checking and monitoring of employees expenses, advances, loans


• Reporting for internal needs of department and group,


• Fulfilling SOX requirements and preparing documentation according deadlines


• Running, monitoring and coordination of accounting operations


• Preparation of documentation package for external and internal audit


• Focus on Policies and Procedures implementation


• Review of trial balance, reconciliation and monitoring of Balance Sheet Account


• Assistance in preparation of financial statement

Wymagania

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in GL or R2R department


• University degree (preferable accountancy, economy or finance)


• Knowledge of IFRS / US GAAP would be an asset


• Experience in processes referring to fixed assets / investments in SAP/ Hyperion reporting system


• Good knowledge of English is required (knowledge of Italian would be an asset)


• Knowledge of SAP is a must


• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)


• Analytical mindset


• Proactive attitude with problem solving orientation
