Responsibilities: 

• Order handling E2E (manual & digital) & follow up, incl. availability check (push), delivery creation, tracking shipment
• BO & claims handling
• Very close collaboration with Sales Team and support departments (e.g. Planning & Finance)
• First contact point for customers and Sales Team (calls, emails, meetings)
• Contribute to solving overdues (together with Sales Team and CoE)
• Continous improvements (Kaizen & QIC)
• Administrative support (report, provide logistic data)
• (Export:) ensure that all activities are compliant and in line with legal regulation and rules

Requirements: 

• University degree (Bachelor)
• English language is must - C1
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Continues improvement of processes
• Discipline in process management
• Determination in fulfilling customer needs
