Opis stanowiska

Key responsibilities:


  • Preparing reports, presentations, collecting and submitting metrics

  • Documents management

  • People roll-on and roll-off on projects

  • Meetings facilitation and logistics (booking conference rooms, sending invitations, meeting minutes)

  • Making sure projects are managed in line with our internal procedures

  • Other – depends on project needs

Wymagania

Qualifications:


  • Very good knowledge of English is a must (spoken and written)

  • Full-time availability

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical skills, multitasking and attention to details

  • Very good organizational and communication skills

  • Nice to have: experience with SharePoint and VBA
