AN AMERICAN M&A FIRM WITH OFFICES IN USA AND UKRAINE IS EXPANDING IN TO EUROPE. WE ARE SEEKING 2 M&A (BUSINESS BROKER) ADVISERS TO OPEN OUR NEW OFFICE IN LODZ. WE HAVE OVER 32 YEARS EXPERIENCE SELLING BUSINESSES AND STRUCTURING M&A DEALS. ADVISORS MAKE MORE THAN DOCTORS AND ATTORNEYS WITH AVERAGE INCOME WORLDWIDE OF $150,000. SEE AMERICA2030.NET.

The candidate will search for Polish business owners throughout Poland that would like to sell their firm. The typical firm will have sales price of $3m or more. The candidate will build a portfolio of such businesses. All then will be offered for sale to Polish or International investors.

Wymagania

• Fluency in English language;


• Self starter;


• Minimum 5 years of sales experience;


• Search large businesses for sale in Poland;


• Full business analysis, review and underwriting;


• Preparation of materials for marketing purposes;


• Negotiation skills;


• Own car.
