Specialist in Procurement Helpdesk team with French or Portuguese

For our Client, a global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Specialist with French or Portuguese to join a fast growing Procurement Helpdesk team located in Lodz.

On this position you will be responsible for processing procurement request from local countries using ticketing system, phone and email, supporting users with eProcurement systems and processes, cooperating with second line support to provide stakeholders with end to end solution. Moreover, you will have a chance to actively participate in process of improvements and to support additional projects.

We are seeking candidates with first experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable or Customer Service team. Fluent English and French or Portuguese is a must as well as good knowledge of MS Office. In addition, you should present good communication and interpersonal skills and positive customer service attitude.
