Opis stanowiska

For our international Client we are currently seeking an exceptional Candidate who will join the company’s structure on PMO Assistant position.




Your tasks will include supporting PMO office and working closely with Project Managers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for following up the status of assigned projects, preparing and updating reports and project documentation, compile necessary information and data according to PMO standards, schedule various meetings and necessary actions, supporting projects and project portfolio management processes.




The ideal Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience on similar position in multinational company with strong understanding of project structures and concepts and university degree (Accounting, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Management or other related discipline).

We expect the Candidate to be analytical, very organized, detail-oriented multitasker and team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience in working with PM tools (Microsoft Project, PPM, Prince2, PMI etc) would be a great asset.

If you would like to work with US market this position will require evening shift work to cover US time zone projects.
