• Competences in Account Management or Senior Project Management or Engineering Quality Management


• Ability to influence and coach local managers, engineers, technical leaders


• Being a great team player, having a positive attitude


• Very good English skills for fluent verbal and written communication


• Very good general communication and social skills


• Ability to work under pressure


• Ability to learn new systems quickly


• Practical and theoretical knowledge of software engineering


• 10+ years in software project delivery (Quality Management, Test Management, Project Management)

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN MOBICA:

• Act as Local representative of Delivery Assurance


• Act as escalation manager for projects with critical issues


• Perform the Quality Audits and Assurance to identify the necessary improvements


• Close cooperation with senior engineering managers to improve project quality


• Communicate customers project issues back to Mobica


• Validate project metrics and reporting accuracy


• Process definition, deployment, management and monitoring in organizational unit which includes leading process improvement programmes


• Internal and external communication on quality subjects which includes spreading quality culture in the unit


• Defining quality improvements plans for the project


• Escalation of process and product non-conformances to line management


• Tracking of project specific quality improvements


• Training and support for the project team in process and quality subjects


• Support for Project Manager in the area of data analysis
