Key Accountabilities

Cost Controlling

• Cost controlling for cost centers per expense account
• Approval workflow for external invoices
• Standard & ad-hoc cost reporting
• Cost charging
• Managing capex workflows
• Budget and forecasting processes for cost centers
• Preparation and provision of standardized Reports (OPEX / Services etc.) based on SAP
• Analysis and distribution of OPEX-data to relevant stakeholders (Business-Owner/Finance)
• Month-end- /Year-end- closing for dedicated cost-centers in quality and time
• Preparation, coordination & booking of monthly liabilities for missing items

Desired Experience & Knowledge

Good financial education / qualification

• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance (min. 3 years)
• Experience in working in virtual teams
• Cost controlling experience and know how in finance processes
• Good English and German skills in verbal and writing (min. B2)
• Working independently and under time pressure
• Good teamwork- and networking- / high communication- skills
• Customer orientation

Core Competencies

• Good SAP and MS know how
