The Customer Service Specialist, as a support of the Sales Team, is the key contact for our customers – tobacco producers located worldwide. This person will join international team with its own Customer portfolio.
This position will be responsible for supporting Customer Service activities by providing the best services to satisfy our customers in a variety of business and market segments. Its role aims at supporting and continuously improving the business activity in our overseas markets.

Wymagania

• Working closely with different Departments of our Company located both in Poland, France and Brazil (mainly Sales, Finance & Supply Chain) in order to answer to customer needs. Building and maintaining international customer relationships through service offers.


• Managing & be responsible for order processing (monitoring order status, communicating product availability, confirming proper pricing)


• Invoicing by ensuring accuracy & reliability according to various sales scenarios


• Preparing required shipping and export documentation according to international transport & customs regulations. Close cooperation with Logistics department on arranging sea shipment schedules, road transport with proper export documentation


• Coordinating customer requests in a timely and professional manner in close cooperation with Production Planners/ Schedulers located both in Poland and France

• Fluent English


• Good knowledge of MS Office & ERP


• Great attention to details, self-motivation, reactivity, ability to work on different tasks at the same time


• Knowledge of international transport, Incoterms, shipping documents is a plus


• French or any other foreign language is a plus
