Our Client is dynamically growing international logistics company entering the office in Łódź.



Your new role

On IT Manager position you will be responsible for building local IT team, team management including couching, assessment and career development. Moreover your duties will also include close cooperation with business units, making sure that all business requirements are met, managing and maintaining disaster recovery plan and security policies, supporting applications and tools. As the IT Manager you will plan the budget and report to the board.





What you'll need to succeed

In order to be a relevant Candidate on this position you need to have at least 4-6 years of experience in leading small IT team.  An adequate person on this position should have strong communication and relational skills and be strategic thinker, team-oriented and collaborative. Very good English and Polish is a must.
