Your duties:

  • Processing documentation and entering information into the database.
  • Providing support to existing Customers via email and telephone (cases related to invoices, orders, payments, loyalty cards, procerures).
  • Resolving issues with other departments.
  • Providing Clients with clear solutions and information.
  • Preparing reports and summaries.
  • Participation in various projects within other departments.

Requirements:

  • Very good command of one of the European languages for example: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Greek, Czech, Slovak, English, Hungarian...
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Willingness to work in an international team.
  • Previous working experience welcome, but we are open to meet Candidates who are looking for a first job.
