For international SSC in Lodz we are seeking experienced candidates for the position of Transition Manager.

Main tasks:
- Coordinate transition of processes from various locations to SSC in Lodz.
- Work closely with Transition Team and Business Functional Leads across various business units to design and execute the implementation of project plans related to process migration.
- Provide professional expertise and define the best delivery model for the process.
- Find improvement areas, drive efficiencies and simplification in the process, manage and resolve issues.
- Ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of the process documentation.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in leading transition financial projects and change management initiatives.
- Previous experience in process design and improvement.
- Very good English skills.
- University degree.
