Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and review the work of Senior and Junior AP accountants
• Develop, integrate and motivate the team
• Prepare performance reviews of the team
• Supervise and control of P2P processes
• Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvements
• Coordinate or participate in projects or cross-functional teams related to P2P processes
• Prepare and monitor reports/KPIs
• Cooperate with internal and external auditors as well as tax and custom authorities and Factoring Insitutions

Requirements:

• Master degree, preferably on Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business related
• At least 2-3 year of relevant experience in P2P/AP area on a senior position
• Minimum 1 years of experience on independent team management position
• Fluent knowledge of English is required (knowledge of Italian would be an asset)
• Advanced knowledge of SAP systems and MS office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership & people management skills
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
