Procurement Services Center (PSC) based in Łódź, Poland, is part of global Philips Procurement organization performing sourcing and procurement activities for (indirect) goods and services for the company worldwide.

Your challenge & responsibilities:

• Providing day to day operation related to e-sourcing activities in Ariba as per IMS Procurement Global team requirements


• Administration and support of particular activities in the tool, such as initiation of purchase, RFX creation and evaluation, testing and project closure.


• Assist user in setting the content and perform e-auction in Ariba including the evaluation process


• Ensuring that all incoming requests are processed in a timely manner with respect to Philips Lighting processes and procurement procedures.


• Ensuring that incoming enquires are answered in a professional, fast and efficient manner


• Gathering all required information as the first point of contact to ensure that customer enquiry can be resolved at earliest opportunity with minimal handoffs, capture an accurate record of a customer enquiry in the system


• Reporting incoming issues, monitoring status and driving their resolution, if any


• Providing appropriate reporting on a timely manner as well as ad-hoc trend analysis


• Providing support to different procurement projects


• Propose and drive improvement initiatives
