• Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IT, students without any experienced are welcome.

• Knowledge how to operate and repair computer.

• Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required.

• Knowledge of German and English – fluent (minimum B2) or Czech and English -fluent (minimum B2).

• Help desk, customer service or support experience will be an asset but is not required - on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities will be provided during the on boarding process. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution for customer’s end users.

• Use the Call Tracking System to documents and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's.

• Works within a team with supervision as an established application administrator supporting end users/customers/partners with technical queries.

• Works within the Desktop teams or under guidance from the project manager on implementation and supporting identification of the shortcomings of implemented technical designs to meet service delivery requirements.
