Job description:

• Development of Technology Strategy


• Technology Evangelist


• Defining technology target architecture for TMPL (NT, IT and infrastructure domains)


• Creation of technology roadmaps in order to achieve the optimal operational and financial model


• Creation / setting technology standards


• Creation / setting requirements and standards for vendors within purchasing process


• Management of the supervising unit for the technology architecture for NT, IT and providing an interface to solution design


• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Deutsche Telekom Group and leading cross-functional teams in analyzing/developing key focus areas


• Being a proactive member of the delivery teams, advising and collaborating with the delivery managers and other team members in the projects execution


• Monitoring of technological innovation and the application of the proposals into architecture landscape

Wymagania

Requirements:

• Master's degree, preferred in the area of Telecommunication and/or Information Technologies


• At least 5 years’ experience in managing teams and cooperation with CxO level


• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, ability to articulate complex problems and proposed solutions in a simple manner, ability to translate gained information into actionable strategies and initiatives


• Demonstrated ability to manage different stakeholders and lead, inspire and motivate teams


• Excellent interpersonal and communications competences (verbal and written). Excellent presentation and negotiation skills


• Ability to work effectively under time pressure in international teams


• High-energy and proactive nature


• Fluency in written and spoken English
