For our Client, a well-known brand, we are looking for candidates for a Senior Operations Manager position.

• Tracking business unit performance as well as leading and challenging management


• Exercising control over the implementation of business objectives by subordinate units and coordinating work related to ensuring high quality of services;


• Designing and implementing a development strategy to increase productivity, service level as well as assure possibilities for further expansion;


• Recommending solutions leading to the optimization of processes in the organization;


• Empowering a continuous improvement culture;


• Budget planning;


• Participating in SSC projects including overseeing transition projects aiming to move new business functions to the SSC;


• Building a corporate culture in which all employees are respected, valued and motivated to contribute to their maximum potential;


• Developing and implementing an effective internal communication strategy;


• Building relationships with stakeholders and Clients;


• Close cooperation with the Head of SSC.

Wymagania

• Strong organizational and analytical skills;


• Exceptional decision making skills and result-oriented approach;


• Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities;


• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization;


• Relevant experience in a managing role on a senior level within an international organization;


• Experience in the SSC / BPO environment;


• Fluency in English;


• University degree
