Opis stanowiska

Key responsibilities may include:

Provide Level 2/3 operational support of networks and DC infrastructures including the following technologies:

Cisco Routing & Switching

Cisco ASA & Juniper SRX Firewalls

F5 LTM load balancers

Participate in international projects

Define and maintain technology documentation

Identify and propose improvements to the existing processes and standards

Problem management

Part of the on-call rotation

Wymagania

Qualifications:

Very good working English (written and oral)

Min 2 years of experience in implementing network solutions for large-scale clients

Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge

Have knowledge on the network security based on Cisco devices, knowledge of Juniper firewalls would be an advantage

Have understanding of load balancing technologies

Knowledge and experience of ITIL based service processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management) nice to have

Problem solving, analytical and logical thinking skills

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
