BTC Collection Specialist with Italian language

Job mission:

AR Specialist is responsible for transactional Accounts Receivable tasks. This role is highly automated, relies on systems, such as SAP. It involves a high degree of data entry activities. Ensuring the basics for Order/Billing and collection processes. With significant direction, specialists are responsible for conducting and assisting in routine activities.

Main duties:

• Customer Master Data maintenance
• Triggering the billing process
• Reconciliation of Customer Statements
• Perform cash applications
• Preparation and distribution of dunning letters
• Other OTC transactional tasks
• Ensure smooth operations of OTC reconciliation activities
• Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management
• Support market specialist on short-pays, update and provide information on customer account

Requirements:

• Fluent English Skills
• Fluent Italian skills
• Higher education
• 1-2 years prior related job experience required
• Industry or shared services experience
• Analytical Skills
