For one of our Clients, a growing Shared Services Center based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of AP TEAM LEADER.

AP TEAM LEADER will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of specialists, reporting on department's processing metrics and monitoring them to ensure work load is properly distributed, identifying ways to increase team’s efficiency and effectiveness, overseeing the month end closing process, providing ongoing employee training, and preparing periodical reports.

We are looking for Candidates with an academic degree in Finance or related area, who have previous relevant experiencein accounting and team management, are fluent in English(any additional European language will be a plus) and have excellent communication skills. Ability to analyze financial dataand make recommendationsto business is required.
