As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing IT user support in Microsoft Windows environment and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms. Your duties will include diagnosing and resolving first level technical and software, advising users on appropriate action, tracking and routing problems and documenting resolutions.


 


 


 


 



We require fluent English, good communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work with a client. Experience in troubleshooting and providing Service Desk support will be an advantage. If you have the required skills...
