Opis stanowiska

• Provides HR support to managers and employees to ensure effective performance and workplace relations are achieved and sustained;


• Oversees implementation of HR processes at assigned business, ensuring compliance with Group policy and guidelines;


• Provides onsite support for GBS and the Centers of Expertise when personal HR support, follow up and advice is required;


• Supports managers to implement and follow up talent and performance processes and activities on the site (including performance improvement, annual performance discussion, training need identification, termination, succession planning, recruitment, etc.);


• Represents HR in the workplace, building productive partnerships between individual employees, HR and managers;


• Delivers training and communication on HR strategy, policy, and processes as necessary;


• Provides HR data and reports. 

Wymagania

• Master’s degree preferably in HR related discipline;


• At least 3 years of experience in Business HR or generalist role;


• Very good knowledge of Polish Labour Law;


• Perfect communication skills both in Polish and English;


• Proactive and independent personality with stress resistance;


• Ability to work in a group and individually;


• Highly developed interpersonal skills;


• Knowledge of SAP HCM will be an advantage.
