Opis stanowiska

• Review bill of material for products related to the assembly line and maintain proper master data;


• Manage upgrades and support proper functioning of the machinery;


• Providing technical support in the programming of machines and optimization of working machines;


• Standardization and validation of manufacturing processes;


• Coordination of new technologies and supply of equipment;


• Cooperation with customers and suppliers;


• Close cooperation with the maintenance department; 


• Creating and maintaining work instructions for responsible areas;


• Solving quality, productivity and other problems occurring during production processes.

Wymagania

• Higher technical education in the area of engineering, preferably on the present faculties: production and engineering management, mechatronics, robotics, automation, electrical or mechanical;


• At least 3 years of experience in working with large production environment, production engineering department or position related to production improvement;


• Ability to read technical drawings;


• Excellent knowledge of principles of 5S and Keizen Lean Philosophy;


• Very good knowledge of English;


• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel;


• Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work;


• High determination and willingness to reach set goals.
