Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

• Uploading PDF Invoices in Cockpit, as per fiscal requirements for respective Countries

• Review and action to ensure legal compliance

• Data input all vendor invoices into Cockpit & SAP

• Accounting for PO invoices in SAP, with no discrepancies

• Coordination & email follow up with various stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of purchase accounting

• Prepare accounting related-reports and spreadsheets as required and circulate monthly reports in standardized format

• Assisting with new process implementations

• Analyzing process gaps and suggest process improvements in the area of purchase accounting

Wymagania

Requirements:

• Graduate (Bachelors) degree in accounting or related field

• 1 years prior related job experience required

• Industry or shared services experience

• Strong SAP skills and working experience

• Fluent English skills

• Good Excel
