Wymagania

Very good command of English

Min 2 years of experience on similar position, preferably in BPO/SSC area

Experience in relations with Clients

Excellent S&P process understanding & knowledge

Knowledge of SAP environment

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Leadership skills
