Opis stanowiska

• Ensure timely implementation of the production plan and the proper conduct of the manufacturing process;


• Improving the efficiency of the production process of oil type transformers;


• Competence development of subordinate team;


• Initiating measures to streamline processes and technology;


• Supervision and control of compliance with technological instructions, technical specifications and quality standards in the production process;


• Development of methods and tools that optimize the work;


• Ongoing analysis of their performance and reporting;


• Planning of employment and the use of allocated resources;


• Active and effective management of subordinate personnel;


• Active participation and initiative in ensuring compliance with safety and build a culture of safe work.

Wymagania

• Higher technical education (preferred: electrical engineering, automation);


• Experience in managing manufacturing teams;


• Comunicative English language skills;


• Good command of Polish;


• Knowledge of the technical aspects of building oil type transformers will be an advantage;


• Experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM);


• Knowledge of MS Office, welcome knowledge of ECS and SAP;


• Self-reliance, responsibility and orientation for the implementation of the tasks assigned;


• Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of their own work.
