Your new company

For our client, Zalando - a leading fashion platform in Europe, we are currently looking for an experienced, innovative and passionate person, interested in the position of Dispatcher in the Material Flow Technology department.

Your new role

  • Planning work, job preparation of service tasks and disposition of service staff and third-party companies
  • Legally watertight performance documentation (recurring inspections, tests, maintenance and repairs)
  • Maintenance of asset master data in the maintenance planning system
  • Setup and further development of an availability-securing spare parts management
  • Participation in maintenance and fault removal on the highly automated materials handling system together with technical service providers
  • Monitoring and reporting about plant operation and availability
  • Representation of the material flow technology manager


What you'll need to succeed

  • Min. 2 – 3 years of experience in MFT or Maintenance Engineering
  • Basic technical knowledge, preferably – completed professional education in the field of mechatronics, industrial electrics or comparable professional technical education
  • Electrical qualifications would be an asset
  • Communicative English language (B2+)
  • Interpersonal skills: communication and leadership skills
