Opis stanowiska

• providing professional customer support (by phone, e-mail, chat) related to car rental;
• proactive sales of additional services (car insurance etc.);
• putting data into computer system;
• resolving customers queries and discrepancies on their accounts;

Wymagania

• fluent French is a must;
• very good English language skills (min. B2);
• previous experience in customer service would be an advantage but is not a must;
• very good interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
• availability for shift work (working hours: Mon-Fri 8-24 and Sat-Sun 8-19);
