Opis stanowiska

• Coordinate multiple investments within Lodz LBU area including Machinery, Equipment and Real Estate;


• Negotiate best prices, terms and contractual agreements consistent with the Company's established quality standards and business requirements, conclude formal contracts;


• Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives, benchmarks and analyses based on total cost of ownership (TCO) principles in order to reach financial targets in the investment projects;


• Act as Project Manager of key investments aimed to increase factories capacity and capability;


• Inform key stakeholders about status of projects, participate in LBU reviews;


• Develop investment plans, future scenarios and prepare business cases for the investments;


• Manage different risks and priorities in order to deliver the project on time and on the budget.
