• manage business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• ensure team compliance to internal policies.


• secure a high delivery performance on the team KPI’s.

Wymagania

• previous experience in similar role in internal customer service department in manufacturing company or in purchasing area or similar.


• previous experience in people management is a must.


• very good English skills.


• SAP and Excel skills.


• University degree.


• strong interpersonal, managerial and problem-solving skills.
