SAP SD Support Specialist

… to join Global SAP Support team dedicated to help all system users in the Group.

Key functions:

• Work on 2nd line support solving user issues


• Support Business Processes configured in Global SAP Design/Template.


• Tests and documents SAP configuration and enhancements to ensure the system is functioning properly and meeting business needs.


• Support new and existing functionalities in the SAP SD, TM and LE areas.


• Provides customization when needed.


• Works with end users to understand change requests.

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP SD module as a 1^st/2^nd level support specialist


• SAP TM, PM, WM, APO, Vistex and ABAP knowledge is nice to have


• Very good problem solving skills


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Fluency in English both written and spoken


• Attention to detail and follow-up attitude
