A traineeship in P&G Central Europe offers you the opportunity to test your finance knowledge and management abilities in real-life situations and obtain insights into the world of Finance in a fast moving consumer goods company. Successful completion of the traineeship will lead to a permanent position in our Finance Organization.

You will assume responsibility for your project(s) and work closely with colleagues from Finance and other functions (e.g. Production, Engineering and Sales). It involves:

Independent leadership and financial analysis (NPV calculation, P&L impact, recommendation of the best scenario) of different cost saving projects and initiatives ( new machinery, automation).

Projects on plant, country and regional level, including close cooperation with other departments and P&G entities.

Support Plant F&A Team in daily business activities like plant budgets forecasting, actuals analysis, supporting gap closing analysis & cooperation with Regional Business Unit Finance Team

Qualifications

We are looking for

• 4th or 5th year students and fresh graduates (up to 12 months post graduation) of all faculties with interest in Finance and strong academic results
• strong numerical skills and analytical thinking
• ability to show effective leadership, to solve problems and to set priorities
• excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work within diverse organizations and teams
• very good command of the English language.
