Responsibilities:

Working on this position you will be responsible for the process from order taking from customers, through goods delivery to cash collection
You will be responsible for the operational tasks of orders or claims processing in the system, accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target
Deliver different order to cash processes KPI's
Be in touch with local customer service organisations, warehousing and distribution
Review and solve tickets in Customer Relationship Management system
Ensure efficient customer service processes

Job Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish or Norwegian or Danish or Finnish or Dutch
Good knowledge of English
Excellent individual and teamwork skills and an ability to constantly meet deadlines
Strong analytical skills with particular focus on accuracy
