Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance and global certification quality standard, ISO 9001 ,14001,45001 and IATF 16949
• Support production departments concerning incoming inspection for quality issues detection regarding raw material, work in process products and finished products
• Lead supplier development strategy, designing the metrics for the function and supplier performance
• Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP)
• Manage customer PPM (Parts per Million), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators including premium freight 
• Lead quality audits for suppliers and ensure compliance/assistance with adherence to the Quality Management System (ISO9001/14001/45001/IATF)
• Participate in the analysis and root cause of non conformities and 8D reports;

Requirements:

• Experience in a related position for a minimum 5 years  
• Experience in automotive business
• Fluently bilingual in English and Polish.
• ISO9001:2015/ISO14001/ISO45001 knowledge;
• IATF 16949  auditor certification is preferred
• Available for travelling in order to support global IATF16949 implementation and certification
