Duties:

  • Daily posting incoming payments,
  • Cooperation with site managers on the approval of invoices and PO coordination
  • Provide leadership in administration of all components of P2P processing to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of payments
  • Compliance, approval verification and quality control review
  • Management reporting specific to accounts payable/accounts receivable/GL
  • Identify and present solutions for process improvements
  • Work with other team leaders to ensure that the Warsaw SSC is meeting or exceeding performance levels
  • Audit support specific to accounts payable/accounts receivable/ GL
  • Monitoring and managing workload within the team
Requirements: Previous experience in BPO/SSC environment General accounting principles knowledge Fluent English, Another European language is a must: (German, French, Dutch, Danish, ) Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment Attention to details, flexibility and willingness for improving processes Customer Service orientation
