• Managing new product implementations;


• Monitoring, analyzing and reacting for the company Key Performance Indicators: Product Cost, Product Quality, Product Delivery Time;


• Supporting business growth by ensuring that customer expectations are constantly being identified and fulfilled;


• Implementing product standardization techniques;


• Holding regular progress reviews, identifying contractual issues and reporting with recommendations for resolution;


• Ensuring completion of risk assessments and opportunity assessments and implementation of resulting actions across projects;


• Initiating and driving continuous improvement activities;


• Developing, implementing and improving relevant processes;


• Ensuring the correct allocation of assignments within the team, creating work plans and cost estimations;


• Guiding, motivating and developing direct and indirect subordinates.

Wymagania

• Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering;


• Minimum 2 year experience in managerial position and 5 year experience in design position;


• Knowledge of transformer construction, quality and business are preferable;


• Knowledge of 3D PTC Creo Design Software and 2D Autodesk Software;


• Fluent spoken and written English allowing easy communication in international and multi-cultural environment;


• Knowledge of German language would be an asset;


• Ability to explain and discuss different technical aspects (both electrical and mechanical) with customers and professionals;


• Perfect communication skills for internal and external customers all over the world;


• High level of persuasion skills and proven leadership capabilities;


• Fast decision making influenced by stress additive.
