Opis stanowiska

• Responsible for establishing purchasing activieties due to set up new initiative;


• Analysis of the demand of materials and services as a result of the production plans; 


• Creating orders for materials and services in the SAP system;


• Making purchasing forecasts;


• Making selection of bids, submission of offers and negotiating commercial terms not covered by framework agreements;


• Keeping up-to-date with suppliers and enforcing compliance with framework contracts and orders;


• Monitoring the progress of orders and deliveries;


• Conducting material complaint procedures;


• Participation in assessment of suppliers in collaboration with SCM Organization;


• Supporting setting up processes and further development of processes and tools to streamline work.

Wymagania

• Higher University degree (technical or economic area);


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the area of procurement / logistics / purchasing / order handling in production area (preferably in international company);


• Experience in dealing with foreign suppliers from EU and outside EU; 


• Knowledge of custom rules will be an advantage;


• Able to work independently as well as in a team on specific tasks;


• Extensive experience in ERP system (preferably SAP);


• Very good command in English and Polish;


• Ready for occasional business trips.
