For international company operating in Business Services sector and located in Lodz we are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager. This role reports to HR Manager.

• development and implementation of recruitment strategy.


• overseeing recruitment policies and process, development of talent acquisition plans.


• preparing periodical and ad-hoc reports and analysis related to recruitment area.


• manage, develop and motivate Recruitment Team members.


• oversee recruitment budget and optimize costs.


• build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Wymagania

• previous experience in similar role gained in international company.


• strong practical knowledge related to processes and challenges related to recruitment area.


• previous experience in people management.


• very good English skills.


• strong interpersonal, managerial and problem-solving skills.
