For international manufacturing company located in Lodz we are seeking candidates for the position of Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- conduct projects related to preparation of remuneration policy.
- prepare market analysis.
- controlling expenditures related to benefits package.
- analysis of salaries (interpretation of results, activities planning, preparing reports and presentations).
- prepare reports and analysis related to absence, holiday, overtime.

Requirements:
- previous experience on similar position in the area of C&B gained in international company.
- very good English and Polish skills.
- MS Office skills (especially MS Excel – pivot table, formulas).
- analytical skills and creativity.
